Either Java is not enabled in your web browser or else you don't have a Java plugin installed.
You will need Java to run the AstroLocator.

Click on "Get KML" to put the Google Earth™ KML text to the area below:
Copy and paste it into a text file.
Save it to a file named with a ".kml" extension.
Open and view it in Google Earth™.
